Refund policy

At Urban Ease, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The product must not be damaged by the customer.
• Proof of purchase is required.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
